The hamlet is
situated in the heart of Tuscany near San Gimignano on a
hill at a level of 412 metres. This quietly situated little
village comprises seven houses along with a park, green
spaces, olive fields and a vineyard on a fenced-in estate of
eight hectares.
The former country estate exists since the 15th century. The
houses are restored according to the present fabric of the
buildings in the original and traditional style using the
old existing materials. All roofs have been pulled down and
reconstructed, all outer and inside walls were redeveloped,
roofs and walls were provided with insulation as well as
sound insulation. Windows and doors were faithfully renewed.
The heating system, the electricity installations and the
sanitary facilities correspond to modern technology.
20 freehold apartments, a little hotel, a restaurant, a
chapel, rentable apartments, an underground car park and, of
course, an outdoor swimming pool are under construction.
Wonderful squares and natural gardens are integrated into
the existing green spaces with many old trees.
The freehold apartments are to be found in the houses 3, 4,
5 and 6 with living spaces ranging from 90 through 160
square metres. All apartments have a separate entrance, a
garden, big living/dining rooms with a fireside, kitchen,
bathrooms and 1 to 3 bedrooms as well as a storage room.
A thoroughly planned distribution of space and high-grade

terracotta slabs over wooden beams or splendid old stone
